Meet our Head Coach

Matt Andreadis began his fitness training career as part of US Military Special Operations Forces, and has since been a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, strength and conditioning coach for professional MMA/Boxing competitors, as well as military and law enforcement special operators and patrol officers. Additionally he has also has served many clients preparing for all manner of athletic endeavors. From back-country hunting, to long distance ultra endurance races, and as well as those who simply wanted to improve their own health and fitness, Matt has enabled his clients to succeed and excel in whatever life may throw at them. Matt has been certified in CrossFit Level 1 and RKC and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, (CSCS) under the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Matt is currently finishing a Master’s Degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and will soon also be offering training in mental performance techniques, especially stress coping and mitigation strategies.

In Greek, ἄρκτος (arktos), meaning bear. The name refers either to the constellation Ursa Major, the "Great Bear", which is prominent in the northern hemisphere, or to the constellation Ursa Minor, the "Little Bear", which contains Polaris, also known as the North Star. Ursa Major is also known as the Big Dipper and is found depicted on the flag of the state of Alaska, where Arktos Performance is based.

  • Options include Linear and Undulating periodization blocks.

  • Exercise Science-based protocols, as well as, Practical experience-based protocols.
