Weaponized Athletics

If you are a professional combatant, Law Enforcement officer/First Responder, Special Operator, Mixed Martial Artist, or select defense-minded civilian, we invite to you try our Weaponized Athletics programming. The programming is designed to prepare professional combatants for the rigors of duty, be it on the battlefield or the streets, and to enhance the mitigation of stress in austere environments and situations.

The training/coaching Arktos offers is quite heavily laden with details and is specifically designed to improve the health and fitness of individuals. However, as much as we would like to, we cannot help everyone. Therefore for the personalized and detailed training and coaching, we must ask you to complete and submit an application, which will be sent to you following your initial inquiry contact with us. We want to ensure that you are a good fit with us and Arktos a good fit with you. We want to see you succeed with the best possible outcome.

For the Ready-made programs and templates, we encourage you to indulge as much as you wish, however, you do miss out on the personalized attention one gets with our coaching services. These are primarily geared towards the more experienced fitness practitioner, or those who want to periodize their training, or for those who lead very busy lives and just want the fire-and-forget programming to stay fit. Nevertheless, we may have the right program for you to keep fit, healthy, and performing at a high level.
